- Social Meals: Enjoy delicious, homemade lunches prepared by volunteers Monday-Friday at minimum costs. Special luncheons and dinners are held throughout the year.
- Take Home Soups: Purchase delicious, low cost homemade frozen soups that can be re-heated at home.
- Drop-in Fitness and Social Programs: Join other seniors in a variety of fitness or social programs such as yoga, tai-chi, singing, quilting, card games or mahjong. The monthly newsletter highlights all our activities and special events.
- Better at Home: Helps seniors with simple day-today tasks so that they can continue to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their communities. Home support services may include housekeeping, minor home repair, lawn care, friendly visits and drivers.
- Peer Support and Navigation Program: provides a wide range of information and resource materials about Community Organizations and Services, Health and Wellness, Mental Health, Housing, Legal, and Government and contains hundreds of brochures, documents and booklets.
- Community Connector: The Community Connector is a non-clinical role with the goal of identifying seniors who may be isolated, are at risk of frailty and needing help assessing non-clinical, social supports and services.
- Income Tax: During tax season we are a drop off location for the Volunteer Income Tax Program that provides assistance for seniors on fixed income to help complete and to submit their annual tax.
